How do I access SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive on my mobile device?

 The SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive can be accessed via 2 methods

Method 1: File Explorer

SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive can be accessed through your mobile device's file explorer. The file explorer can be found in the apps folder of your android device. If your device does not have a file explorer we recommend Method 2.

Note: The file explorer of your mobile device may appear slightly different than the above image.

Method 2: SanDisk Memory Zone Application

Memory Zone is a free application available from the Google Play store and is optimized for use with the SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive. Once installed the memory zone application can be accessed from the apps folder of your Android device.

NOTE: If you are transferring large amounts of data we recommend that you first fully charge your mobile device or connect to its external power source to avoid any interruption in data transfer due to power loss.
