Dual USB Drive not recognized by mobile device

Why is my Dual USB Drive not being recognized by my Mobile Device?

SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive is designed to be compatible with USB-On-The-Go enabled Android devices. Please verify your mobile device is compatible with Dual USB Drive and you have properly connected the drive to your mobile device. Please visit the Dual USB Drive Compatibility Page to verify compatibility with your device.

64GB and 128GB Dual USB Drives come preformatted in exFAT file system and certain mobile devices do not support exFAT. In this case please format the drive in FAT32 file system. Formatting USB drives with third party tools

Please insure the dual drive is fully inserted into the microUSB port on your mobile device.

Some mobile devices may disable power to the SanDisk Dual USB drive when the device's battery reaches a critically low level. This may cause the Dual USB Drive to no longer be recognized until the battery is charged and the device is power cycled.

Note: Some mobile device protective cases interfere with the full and proper connection between SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive and the microUSB port of mobile devices. You may have to remove the protective case on your mobile device to obtain a full and proper connection.
