Ixpand Wireless Charger Sync App does not Initiate Auto Backup

iXpand Wireless Charger App does not initiate auto backup


The reason for this can be due to the following:


  • The iXpand Charger app uses the mobile phone’s wireless connection to backup. Make sure the mobile phone is connected to the same wireless network as the wireless charger if it was setup to join your home wireless network, or make sure the phone is connected directly to the wireless charger’s own wireless network if setup to connect directly.
  • During iXpand Charger app setup, the permission to access Photos, and Contacts were denied. Go to the phone’s settings menu and enable the iXpand Charger app for access.
  • During iXpand Charger app setup, the permission for location access was denied or set to “while using app only”. Go to the phone’s settings menu and enable the iXpand Charger app for access.

Close and re-launch the iXpand Wireless Charger App after these permission has been enabled.
