Cloning a SATA drive setup and imaging it to an NVMe SSD
Can I use a cloning software tool to clone my single or RAID SATA drive setup and image it on to a corresponding single or RAID NVMe SSD setup?
NVMe drive hardware and driver configurations are often different and incompatible with SATA drive setup.
Additionally, some BIOS settings may create conflicts. Thus, simple cloning of primary (single or RAID) drive(s) from SATA to NVMe drive is NOT recommended EXCEPT for Windows 10/8.1 single-drive.
