SecureAccess V3 Repair Vault Feature
I can log into SecureAccess, but my files are not showing up correctly. How do I fix this?

The Vault Repair feature in SecureAccess V3.0 will rebuild the Vault index file which can correct some problems with files not showing properly in the Vault.

NOTE: This feature is NOT available in SecureAccess 2.0 and also, will NOT recover files that have been deleted in the Vault folder.
 

STEP 1: Login to SecureAccess v3 and select the 'Go Home' button.

STEP 2: Right Click on the Vault and Select 'Properties'.

STEP 3: Click on 'Repair Vault' button

Let the the process run until completed.
