Issues performing FW update when connected via a SATA to USB cable
Why can’t I perform firmware update using USB bootable drive when the SSD is connected to certain USB/SATA adaptor cables?
Certain USB/SATA adaptor cables don’t pass through all SATA commands; therefore some of the functions of the SanDisk SSD Dashboard will not work with those cables.
