How can I check if my mobile device is compatible with the SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive?
The SanDisk Ultra Dual USB Drive and Ultra Dual USB Drive 3.0 are designed to be compatible with USB-On-The-Go enabled Android devices equipped with a USB Micro-B port. USB On the Go compatibility is commonly enabled in feature rich smart phones however many entry level phones do not carry the feature.

If your device is not listed on the Compatibility page you can also check if it is USB On-The-Go (OTG) compatible by downloading a free app from the Google Play Market called USB OTG Checker. This app is designed to inform users if their mobile device is OTG compatible.
